Canvas Prints
Our Canvas Prints are crafted with care using archival inks on premium 385gsm poly-cotton canvas, ensuring lasting vibrancy. Every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity to guarantee its quality.
- Framed Canvas Orders: These arrive with hanging wire attached at the back, ready to display on your wall (unless you choose the rolled option).
- Rolled Canvas Orders: These come with an additional 5cm border around the artwork for stretching. For instance, if you order a 100x100cm canvas print, the artwork itself measures 100x100cm, but the total canvas size is 110x110cm. This extra 5cm on each side allows your local framer to wrap it neatly around stretcher bars.
Paper Prints
Our Paper Prints are produced with archival inks on luxurious 320gsm cotton rag paper, delivering a timeless finish. Each one comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
- Rolled Only: We currently offer paper prints in rolled form only—no framing options are available at this time.
- Rolled Paper Orders: These include an extra 5cm border for flexibility. For example, a 100x100cm paper print has an artwork size of 100x100cm, but the total paper size is 110x110cm. This gives your framer the choice to showcase the white border or trim it to fit your frame perfectly.
Production Timelines
Wondering when your artwork will arrive? Here’s what to expect:
- Rolled Orders: Allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
- Framed Orders: Allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
- Peak Periods: During the busy pre-Christmas season, delivery can take up to 5 weeks. Orders placed in late November may not arrive until January, as our dedicated team takes a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period.
Every piece is handmade to order in Mornington, Victoria, Australia. Whether it’s printing and rolling or printing, stretching, and framing, we take the time to ensure each artwork meets our high standards. When orders pile up, we prioritize quality over speed—because your artwork deserves nothing less.
Framing
We offer three beautiful framing options to suit your style:
- Flooded Gum (Natural Timber): Our most popular choice, featuring a soft brown-blush tone with a raw, uncoated finish.
- American Ash (Natural Timber): A sturdy, natural timber option that stands the test of time. If it gets a few knocks, a light sanding can refresh its look.
- White Timber (Gloss Finish): A sleek, white-painted timber with a glossy sheen.
All framed pieces come pre-strung at the back, ready to hang. Our timbers—used for both frames and stretcher bars—are sustainably sourced and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Note that painted frames (like White Timber) may chip if bumped, which is why we often recommend natural timber for its durability.
Returns
Since all prints are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind. This applies to original artworks as well. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
GST/VAT & International Customs
- GST: International orders are not charged Australian GST.
- VAT/Customs: Depending on your location, you may incur VAT, GST, or customs fees upon delivery. While this is rare, it’s more likely for orders over $2,000 AUD. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
